Shipping

Shipping is offered anywhere within the United States. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $6.99. Orders $100 or more ship free.

 

Returns

Returns are gladly accepted! All returns are required to be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn and in the same condition that they were received as well as being in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). BOJIQUE is not responsible for any lost packages. It is recommended that you obtain a tracking number and/or insurance when returning your items.

**In addition, please send an email to bojique.info@gmail.com with your information and reason for return so I can track your shipment and process it quickly for you.

(Please note that if you are shipping back via UPS, there maybe a delay due to shipping to a P.O. Box.)

 

Refunds

Refunds are given in the form of STORE CREDIT only. A code will be emailed to you for the amount of the merchandise returned and can be used toward any future purchases for up to one year from the issued date. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be unused, unaltered, with tags attached along with a copy of your receipt to be valid for return. Please note, if items have make-up stains, they will not be eligible for return.

 

Exchanges

Due to my inventory changing so quickly and having limited quantities on hand, I do not offer exchanges. Instead, if you purchased a size or style that did not work, please return the item and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
